There was nothing positive. The hotel never answered, they were terrible. I had booked early and arrived on the day, but under heavy rain they told me they weren’t accepting reservations because there was a problem with the pool. I didn’t even use the pool and had to leave and find another place at the last minute.

The owner told me the place was closed for renovation and there was no booking, which contradicted the website, so my family and I wasted time and had to scramble to find another spot. The site’s failure to warn us about the closure forced us to travel aimlessly, which was embarrassing and stressful for everyone.

There was no place called “amor e cura xamanismo” at the address listed on the app; I spent two hours in the area wondering why nothing existed there, not even a hostel. The app debited my card before I arrived, yet the location was empty, and the place was unreliable—traveling two or even three hours with a small child and never getting a refund was inhumane.
