Enchanting spot surrounded by greenery. The pool was perfect for cooling off on hot summer days and offered a fantastic view. Breakfast was excellent with local products. Matteo and his family made me feel at home. In the room assigned to me, the shower was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice location and scenery. The room wasn’t very clean; there was a fair amount of dust in various areas. The room was never cleaned even though the cleaning lady was supposed to. Breakfast was very poor, the sweet was low quality, and there was only one cured meat; when it ran out it was rarely refilled. No one told us that during our stay there would be a birthday party with music and noise until 4/5 am; at our wake‑up the property was dirty and had trash. Staff were friendly but never at reception; to get any information you had to look for them around.

Only the staff’s politeness. The beds were uncomfortable, the bunk bed was unusable because it was broken, the fake doors. The sofa at the entrance was very dirty and broken. The property needs a lot of maintenance that I don’t think has ever been done. The manager and his partner were very kind and helpful.

The building looks abandoned, the room is too small for four people, the bunk bed is wobbly, the bathroom is tiny, the outdoor area is in total disrepair, the pool water is green, and the reception was unhelpful.
