The place was right near town and the view was gorgeous. The bed was super comfy, but the spa was a let‑down—those jet rings fell off and one was missing, which was a big deal since that was a main reason we booked.

Perfect spot to explore York, and the accommodation had everything we needed even though it was pretty basic. Joy was a fantastic host. The only hiccup was the single bathroom, but it didn’t ruin anything.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great. My dog loved the fenced yard, so that was a big plus.

The place was cozy and well kept, and the host was easy to reach and greeted us warmly. The only odd thing was that the only sink in our room was in the bathroom, so washing the plates we were given was a bit of a hassle.
