I liked the location and the cleaning; the room had a shower and sink. The room was small, there was no mini fridge, and there was no kitchen or office with fridge and microwave to heat even the breakfast.

The location is great for getting around central Madrid, and we always found it clean. The staff in charge of service were super friendly and handled our requests with the best attitude. We were able to store luggage after checking out, and they offered restrooms and a place to sit. The basic kitchen items are missing, but that’s not a big deal if you’re not planning to eat on site.

The room was pretty, comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The location is unbeatable for walking or taking the metro. The staff aren’t very attentive, especially when cleaning starts around 8 am, making it almost impossible to rest. The walls are paper‑backed, so I don’t recommend it for people sensitive to noise like me; I had to sleep with headphones.
