We booked a cabin a short walk from the main house, and it was quiet with a fantastic view. The spot is well‑situated, just a little way from the nearest town for dinner, and the host pointed us toward a great restaurant. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is great! The main house has a lovely breakfast room. However, the place is very noisy when both halves of the cabin are set up, and there are very few dishes for cooking.

It was a magical spot with stunning views. We stayed two nights and were upgraded to a cottage, which was very comfortable, spotless, and came with an excellent breakfast. The host was very welcoming, and the location was convenient for visiting Snaefellsness. About 9 km from town, we appreciated the remoteness, and we took a beautiful walk to the sea.

The view is breathtaking, the hosts are kind, and they have provided beautiful, comfortable accommodations—an absolutely magical, wonderful place where everything was delightful.
