Everyone is very kind and has a good attitude; even though the restaurant was initially being cleaned, they told us we couldn’t have coffee and bread, but then quickly apologized and explained they had moved the area, and we could still have coffee and bread. A minor suggestion: a bath mat, hooks for towels, and a mirror would improve the bathroom; it wasn’t a discomfort, just an observation.

The room is clean, stylish, and well equipped; the décor is beautiful and modern. The air‑conditioning is very cold, and parking is conveniently located at the rear of the hotel. There’s an on‑site restaurant. The only drawback is the absence of a ceiling fan over the bed.

I booked two rooms, and I can say the facilities are detailed, pretty, and comfortable, with staff who are very helpful and supportive at all times. In one room everything was excellent, but the other lacked water pressure in the bathroom, there was loud construction noise on the street, and the TV in the adjacent room stayed on at full volume all night, which made it hard to rest.

I really liked the décor; the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean, the location is great, and the staff are very friendly; the reception’s swing is pretty. The Wi‑Fi in our room didn’t work well, but I didn’t report it to see if there was a solution.
