We head to Tampa roughly once a month and this place is our go‑to; the staff is always ready to help. One small gripe: I always wish there’d be an extra bath towel in the room.

The property was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the kitchenette was a nice touch. I stayed there for the Karol G concert and plan to return in December for the Chris Brown and Usher shows. Everything else was fine.

The location is great. We upgraded to the room with a kitchen, but to our surprise there was no dining table. When we asked about alternatives, they offered a room that had a kitchen and a sofa instead. We took it and used the center table as a makeshift dining surface, which was uncomfortable. After a day, the sink in the room started leaking; they fixed it right away, but it was still a hassle. The kitchen rooms should include a small dining table and regular maintenance is essential.
