The rooms were relaxing, incredible, and offered privacy and tranquility. The key perk was the partnerships around town that let us book and use facilities at the hot springs and elsewhere. The hotel staff were stressful; they were attentive but not used to English‑speaking tourists.

We spent a wonderful three nights at Suigan in late August. The hotel’s setting was absolutely marvelous, and room 301 was simply perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The quality of the amenities and equipment was excellent, thoughtfully designed to make the stay pleasant and convenient. Service was great throughout, and we especially appreciated the team’s flexibility in arranging a dinner outside that hadn’t been planned, as well as adjusting the timing for us. The food was excellent all the way through, and the complimentary amenities and thoughtful little touches added a nice touch. Thanks to the whole Suigan team for such a memorable and relaxing stay; we’d love to return. Loved it all!

The spacious, quiet setting let us relax nicely; the room‑service meals were fine, though I wish we’d told the staff ahead of time about my wife’s dislike for a certain ingredient.
