The spot was spot‑on and the host handed us handy tips. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, and we spent two gorgeous evenings there; we’ll definitely book another night. Thanks for the lovely time.

The location is great, just a stone’s throw from the park, and the room rate is on the lower end for Plitvice. Unfortunately nobody spoke English; the front‑desk lady couldn’t answer even the simplest questions. The room and facilities feel old‑fashioned, the hallways are dim and not very tidy, and cats wander everywhere. At night we headed to the restaurant but got no menu or details, waited a long time, and received a huge meat plate that was fine, but the bill was €24 per person. Clearer communication and honesty are needed, otherwise it feels like a rip‑off. We skipped breakfast.

The room was just fine, clean, and the beds a bit softer, everything else was perfect. We could buy excellent breakfasts and dinners. The owner was very kind and gave great advice on the best route around Plitvice Lakes, no issues at all. Thanks for the very pleasant and nice accommodation.
