The service was excellent, but an elevator broke down.

The rooms are like all the City Express places, but the beds were the most uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, I stayed there only because of the location, I wouldn’t stay there again, the room was dirty, I didn’t check the bathroom upon arrival but there was a dirty towel hanging, I’m not sure if they cleaned the room properly or not.
