The room had been renovated and was simple yet comfortable. The hotel sits close to the metro station and there's a McDonald’s and restaurants on the corner. I found some bad bugs on a sheet, went to the front desk, and they swapped my room without any hassle. I know bugs can happen anywhere, but they really need to improve on that.

Nothing good. I had my wallet, all documents, cards, and cash stolen in my room, and the reception staff were utterly indifferent, just saying “that happens.”
