“Best part of our trip to Japan!”
This charming hotel sits in a gorgeous spot, and the rooms are snug, cozy, and offer stunning views. A short stroll takes you to the adventure centre where you can rent bikes. What really sets it apart is the staff—especially Mr. Atsu—who go above and beyond, making you feel right at home with their kindness and helpfulness. My partner and I plan to return in a few years to enjoy more time in this beautiful area.
“Friendly Staff Made My Stay Special”
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made me feel right at home.
“A Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks”
I had a great stay at this hotel, which I had previously visited last year. The Taiwanese staff member who worked here was very enthusiastic and provided us with a wealth of information about the local area, making a lasting impression on me. This time around, I booked a three-person room, which was spacious and well-designed, with a separate bathroom and toilet that didn't interfere with the living area.
“いい点と不満点が入り乱れ”
The hot spring was great and the view was spectacular, but the room started shaking for no apparent reason, which became unbearable and forced us to request a change. There were no eateries nearby, and the inn didn’t serve any meals, so I wish even a light meal had been included given the price.
“A Comfortable Retreat with a Touch of Nature”
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the finish line of the Trilan race. The onsen and sauna were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to use the facilities late into the night after the race. The stunning natural scenery of Aso and the harmonious blend of nature and human life in the area left a lasting impression on me.
