The location is convenient, though that’s also why it’s a bit noisy on the main road. The shower pressure was good. The staff were not great; at check‑in she barely bothered to talk to me, even answering a phone call mid‑conversation and didn’t return. There was no hotel info in our room, so I didn’t know there was a restaurant on site until the next day, or what amenities the complex had. The room was filthy, with dust and hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom, which had rotting boards from leaking shower water. It felt like the room was cleaned and then sealed for six months. Comfort was nonexistent; there was no couch, and power outlets were only in the kitchen. There were also no cloths or tea towels for dishes. Small things, but for the price we paid I expected more attention to detail. While there, three people asked me where the reception was because it wasn’t clearly signposted.
