The location was good, but the smoke alarm had a flashing neon strobe light all night that I couldn’t turn off, so I couldn’t sleep – it was horrible.

I loved how quiet it was, but the elevator got stuck and it took a while to get assistance; the desk clerk moved on to the next guest before handing me my second bill.

The hotel was quiet, but I booked two rooms and the young lady at the desk gave me one invoice then moved on to the next customer, forcing me to wait for room 2’s invoice; additionally, my guest got stuck on the elevator, and after the same lady tried to help and the elevator still wouldn’t move, she said maintenance would be called – he ended up stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes before assistance arrived.
