I absolutely loved everything – Doña Olga and her husband are exceptional hosts, the room was spacious, luxurious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for my stay and even for longer stays. The breakfast was divine, and I’m glad I found this hidden gem.

A very quiet and family‑friendly place. Doña Olga greeted us upon arrival, and she and her husband chatted pleasantly with us over breakfast. The neighborhood is very calm and safe, highly recommended. Personally, I prefer a traditional breakfast, but the American breakfast was sufficient and very tasty.

Staying at Fernando and Olga’s place was an absolute delight. They’re warm, open people who made us feel like part of the family, and the house itself was gorgeous—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. They answered every question right away and even let us leave the car there after checkout while we toured San José. If you need a spot near the city, I’d totally book here; we spent a night right after landing and another before we left, and both nights were perfect.

The room was surprisingly roomy and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to spread out. Everything worked smoothly and felt just right, so we had no complaints at all.

The welcome was fantastic, and the bedroom was huge and cozy. Breakfast was a pleasant affair served in the big family kitchen, which added a nice homely touch.
