After booking, I paid 3500 taka for confirmation, but on check‑in day they called me in the morning saying the room was gone; when I asked why they’d confirmed it yesterday, they had no answer—management was awful.

The pool was a real highlight – clean, big enough for a decent swim and perfect for cooling off after a day out. Unfortunately the restaurant left a lot to be desired; the dishes were bland and the service sluggish. All in all, a mixed bag.

Honestly, there was nothing decent about this place. For 4000 BDT the breakfast should've been better, yet the so‑called buffet offered just four or five items and no hand‑soap for washing. When I asked the front desk about it, the staff told me to use the shower gel to clean my hands – absolutely unacceptable.

The breakfast was subpar and clearly needs an update; the options were limited and the quality was low. Nothing else stood out, so the meal was the main disappointment.
