The spot is great, right in the middle, and the place was spotless. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the tea room is only open during certain hours, so that might not work for everyone. The room was a bit damp, so I had to leave the dehumidifier on; it’s an older property, so that’s understandable.

The location was super convenient, and every staff member from check‑in to check‑out was wonderful. The only downside was that the mattress was too soft for us, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The property is stunning, right in the market square, making it easy to walk to local shops and trails. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cream tea was spot‑on—I’d definitely recommend it. I even found a lemon drizzle in my room, which was a sweet surprise. I’ll be back for sure and will tell friends and family about it.

We loved staying at Lucy’s Teahouse. It sits right in the heart of Stow on the Wold, just a minute from the bus stop, and the cathedral, restaurants, and shops are all nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and there’s a lovely garden outside. The owner and staff were very warm and friendly; they even kept our luggage for us after we checked out until the evening. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

The property was unique, small but very cute, thoughtfully designed and fully equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was great!
