The location, welcome, helpful staff, and cleanliness were all good, but the lunch had many options yet wasn’t very homemade, so it was average.

The staff’s kindness and willingness made a difference; the hotel is pleasant and well‑situated, just 300 m from the metro. Cleaning was very good, though not perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet wasn’t overly heavy (thankfully!), but the pillows were too high and stiff, probably a Japanese trait. Soundproofing was excellent and the price‑quality ratio was also good. The amenities were fine, except for the limited quantity and variety of tea and coffee in the room, which were really scarce. The towel supply was great, though the quality wasn’t. The room was rather small, dark, and stuffy because it had no windows. At check‑in we were told the room had no view because it faced a building, but what we actually found was a frosted, non‑openable glass that only let in artificial light at night, plus a terrible kitchen smell (fortunately it happened only once). A room like that is unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel.

Everything. Modern, young, and polished down to the smallest detail, welcoming and very clean spaces, comfortable rooms, and great location. The staff was always helpful, professional, and smiling. A special thank you to Carol at the reception—she was extremely kind, courteous, and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the start and adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Honestly, there is nothing noteworthy to point out; our experience was extremely positive in every way and the property fully met our expectations.
