The setting is nice, but it’s a mountain hotel where you can start hiking early in the morning; you can’t get coffee in the hotel until 7:00, and the outdoor coffee machine has supposedly been removed. A small coffee machine at the reception would satisfy many guests, as is common in other hotels—this is the only complaint.

The location is good, quiet, and the food is fine; the rooms and wellness facilities could use a refresh.

Hotel je na krásném místě, ze kterého se dají podnikat horské výlety. V hotelu jsme již po třetí a vždy se těšíme na snídaně a večeře. Všechno je skvěle chuťově vyladěné. Další velký zážitek je také wellness, kdy z odpočívárny koukáte na pleso a vodopád, hezčí wellness jsem nenavštívila. :). Jediné co mi na hotelu chybí je ochlazovací bazének po sauně. K dispozici je sice kýbl s provazem, který na sebe převrhnete, ale efekt bazénku/kádě nenehradí. Tak dávám spĺše jako podnět ke zlepšení na příští návštevu. 🙃
