The shower was hot and the room itself was comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. The customer service was terrible. I was having issues with multiple cards and they treated me as if I was a homeless person trying to pull one over on them. They were rude and very unhelpful because I didnt book directly with them. Their blankets are never warm enough (this is my 3rd stay at a best western) and they never have extra blankets

The hotel was perfect for a stop along the road; the room was spacious, clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was large and the bathroom was the biggest I’ve ever seen. The staff were helpful and friendly, both to guests and to each other. On the second day, the room key stopped working while I was away and I had to get it reset, but they didn’t ask for ID even though I was the actual guest. The ice machine also needs an upgrade.

We were passing by and needed a quick overnight stay, which was fine because we left early the next morning. There is no elevator to the floor, so it would be difficult for older guests or those with disabilities.
