“Overraskende godt i forhold til den relativt lave rating”
I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel, who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The food was also surprisingly good and affordable, and the hotel's location near Mount Kenya and other national parks was a big plus. However, I did experience some issues with the water pressure in the shower, and I was disappointed to find that the hotel's website had incorrectly stated that the rooms were air-conditioned.

While I appreciated the friendly staff and clean rooms, my stay was somewhat marred by a few issues. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working, the shower room had a leak, and the bed was quite stiff. Despite these drawbacks, I still found the hotel to be a decent place to stay.

However, I did find the cost of room service to be a bit steep and would have appreciated a more affordable option. Additionally, I think it would be helpful to have a reserve hard mattress available for guests with back pain.

The staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and professional, making my experience even more enjoyable. I appreciated the delicious and fresh food, particularly the savory pizza, and the abundance of greenery and outdoor spaces to soak up the sun. My room was spotless, with a stunning view of the mountain that I could take in from the sitting area.
