Everything was perfect!
“Kein Check in möglich gewesen”
Nothing, because check‑in wasn’t possible. We couldn’t check in. We had already told them what time we would arrive. No one was there at check‑in and the phone number was unresponsive. They were already unfriendly when we inquired beforehand. After I cancelled, they called back later. They didn’t respond further because on a wedding day you have other priorities. That took about 45 minutes of valuable time on such a day.
The shower was great, and the coffee machine worked well. Nothing else to complain about.
They asked for this feedback; if I’m not satisfied, I’ll definitely let them know.
