The location is convenient, just a 5‑minute walk to the complex entrance. The pillow and mattress were comfortable, and we had a room with two large beds. The coffee in front of the hotel is excellent. The hotel sits at the foot of the mountain. The host was amazing, helping with route planning and focusing on the main points for perfect views! Highly recommended! The price/quality ratio is very worthwhile.

The place is in a great spot, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the shower is excellent. Host Wally was super helpful, making our stay relaxed and stress‑free.

I spent five nights here and by the end it really felt like home. The owner was very kind, attentive, and helpful all the way through. He guided me on routes around Zhangjiajie, explained how to reach various scenic spots, and made solo travel less stressful. I especially liked the welcoming vibe, and after long days of exploring it was always nice to return. The location is also very convenient for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes as Wally says from the park entrance. Wally is a fantastic person, he takes care of my meds by getting up at 6 am to give them to me, explains all the steps for the parks in a great way, and invites us for coffee countless times. I wish him the best with his new hotel Loles and we’re very grateful to him. Thanks. Nothing else; Wally is the best.

“Fenomenal!”

Only 5 minutes from the park gate, very clean and the staff are super friendly and ready to help with everything! They let us put a washing machine with dirty clothes and we could make coffee in the capsule machine. They provide water and the necessary explanations for the park. Very attentive before arrival too. They also upgraded us to a larger room without asking. Ten‑star stay!
