The staff were outstanding, from the reception to the breakfast service and the bar/restaurant. G at the restaurant was especially kind, always smiling and cheerful. I also appreciated the professionalism of the front desk team. The king‑size room I had booked wasn’t available, but they reacted instantly and offered several solutions to meet my needs. Their responsiveness and service attitude were highly valued. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices and quality products. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast terrace with its view of the golf course was particularly pleasant. I also dined at the hotel restaurant and the dishes were very good, varied, and well prepared. Finally, I liked the outdoor areas, which were well maintained and provided a calm, enjoyable setting—an added bonus for a full experience. I recommend this hotel!

It was very nice overall, but my husband ended up in the hospital after using the hot tub, and the hospital said it was because of the water. He developed severe pneumonia. The hot tub is the only thing I didn’t like about the property, otherwise it was really nice. Check your hot tub water.

The location, parking, and golf club were positives. The elevator, room reception, and lack of water—having to buy it—were negatives.

The location, staff, and amenities were great, but the shower water was only scalding hot, and no adjustment made it bearable.
