I'm still trying to wrap my head around how I was supposed to review a place that doesn't even exist. I booked Poly House, got a confirmation, but never heard back from them. Luckily, my instincts kicked in and I decided to check out the building. It was an empty storefront with a couple of floors above it - not exactly what I was expecting. I tried calling them a few times, but no one answered. When I finally got someone on the phone, the language barrier made it impossible to communicate.
