The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. Unfortunately, I ran into a language barrier; nobody on the floor spoke Spanish, which made simple requests a bit frustrating. Overall, the service made up for the communication hiccup, but I wish there'd be at least one Spanish‑speaking person around.

The lounge that was supposed to be part of my room package was shut down, so I couldn't use the snacks or wine I’d paid for. On top of that, the pool was chilly, the jacuzzi was empty, and there was no bar—getting a glass of white wine meant begging for an hour and then being chased for payment. It felt like a lot of promised amenities just weren’t available.
