Honestly, this is the most impressive hotel I’ve ever seen—every aspect wowed me, from the staff’s warm welcome and the hotel’s luxurious, spotless vibe to the spacious, ultra‑comfortable rooms and the incredibly varied breakfast; I’ll definitely be back.
“Favoloso”
The rooms were very well maintained, clean, and spacious; the staff were extremely kind. We arrived during a chaotic moment when Milan players were leaving, and despite the crowd and police, they were very helpful. Breakfast was truly varied and abundant, even for those with intolerances or special needs. The facility is very modern and fully equipped; the parking is adjacent, reasonably priced, and had plenty of free spots. It’s very convenient to the metro for reaching the city center or the stadium. I highly recommend the lounge, where you can have an aperitif or just grab something at any time (there’s always a selection of drinks, fruit, and snacks, and at certain times also freshly prepared sweets and savory bites). The only thing missing is a pool (though the gym is excellent), but otherwise it has everything.
“Be careful about the costs and do t get fooled by them, I would call them cheaters”
The interior design was okay, but they tried to upsell a lounge for an extra 110 €, which turned out to be worthless—no perks were offered, and the quality was low. When we requested a non‑alcoholic drink, they said they didn’t have one and directed us to the bar downstairs, yet the lounge had both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic options everywhere. Additionally, for a one‑hour early check‑in they charged us 80 €.
