I really enjoyed sleeping in a cave, and the room itself was gorgeous. The bathroom was tiny, but that's expected in a cave, and the rooms are named after Star Wars characters. The food was not worth it, neither dinner nor breakfast, and the smell was especially awful—really dirty. In summer you need a car to get from the center of Matmata to the hotel because of the heat.
