I stayed in a hotel right in the center, and the price was cheap but worth it. The place felt a bit old, but for the money I paid it was fine.

The front‑desk staff handling check‑out were extremely bad, the room rate was higher than the booking price, and guests complained that when booking two rooms with one double bed the price was higher than when booking a single double room. The room price includes VAT; when I asked for a receipt the receptionist said I had to request it beforehand. I think issuing the receipt after payment is standard practice, so why require a prior request?
