The reception staff was warm and welcoming . The parking assistant guy was unprofessional, kept staring at my wife and kept calling me bro. The laundry was dirty There was semen stains in the bed!!! They claim 4 stars but its not even 3 star grade!! Basically a rip off!!!

Friendly staff, but the place isn’t a premium spot— the street is crowded and parking is congested, so the overall rating falls short of expectations. The location is right in the city center, but don’t expect city views; just stay, sleep, and leave the next day.
