“Ikke rei”
Customer service was bad, and the room was not good.
“Short!”
The shower was great, but the A/C failed to turn on at night, making the room a bit warm and stuffy.
I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of this place, but that's about it. Everything else was just okay, nothing special.
The place was dirty, the bathrooms were not working when we arrived, everything was old, and breakfast was barely a spread for the bread; we left the next day even though we were supposed to stay two nights, and overall we hated everything we had written before—an awful experience.
“Never going again”
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I was able to get a room, which was a relief. However, the check-in process was incredibly frustrating - I had to go back and forth between two offices, and even then, I only received paperwork for one of my two reserved rooms. To make matters worse, I had to show my ID multiple times, which felt excessive.
