The barman was very sarcastic and not very friendly we ordered a tea when it turned up it had no milk we asked for milk and he said there is none I said this is a hotel and restaurant surely you must have milk he just smiled at me and turned around so I ordered something else and he wouldn't refund me on the untouched tea and you should make it plain that there is a parking charge of 10 euro before people book people are hardly be walking in or coming by bus this is the first time I've ever complained about a hotel and we stay in lots

The location, the welcome, and the dinner were good, but the room had several problems: the central light bulb was burnt out, the bathroom door was dirty, the third bed was like a camping mattress, the shower button was broken, and the breakfast was not up to Campanile standards.
