The gardens were well tended, the rooms spotless, and breakfast was top‑quality. I would have appreciated disposable slippers and a small sweet‑and‑salty snack in the mini‑fridge.

I booked this spot to stay near a friend’s villa for his birthday party; upon arrival they upgraded me because there were free superior rooms. The room was spacious, with a lovely garden, quiet, clean, and offered a stunning view of Capalbio and the surrounding hills; breakfast was very varied, with dozens of cakes (more than I’d seen even in 5‑star hotels) all delicious. The staff were very kind and hospitable, and there were adorable little cats among the tables greeting us and keeping us company. The common areas could be better maintained.

The place was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, especially the setting among the olive trees. Everything was perfect for us, except maybe the pillows were a bit too soft.

Delicious independent cottages with large gardens, all inside a big complex of villas. Each cottage had its own reserved parking. Breakfast featured excellent cakes under a shared covered terrace. Spotless. Just a few kilometres from Capalbio town and the sea. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was truly fabulous (at least in my opinion)… all the pastries were homemade, plentiful, and very tasty.
