Everything about this hotel and staff was excellent, and everything was spotless! Well, they had a nice breakfast buffet; I only wish the food had been hotter. Perhaps a small microwave could be placed in the area. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

I liked the room, but there was no ice on my floor and I was told to go to the next hotel for ice. The front desk never answered the phone, and there was no way to call housekeeping. Parking was only valet and it was ridiculously expensive.

Everything was great, and we had an awesome experience, but the valet parking was too pricey and there were not enough parking options overall. We ended up paying almost $300 a night for a room that didn't include free parking, which I wish the hotel would cover.

It was a fantastic stay, but we still had to pay for parking.
