Convenient for the area I wanted to be. Parking. Good price. Nothing. Was very nice considering the price

The room was large and comfortable with 4 poster bed. Breakfast was hot and cooked fresh. Very pleasant stay, great value for money. 10 mins drive into the centre. We took the Bus in and out on the 2nd day. Bus stop just over the road couple mins walk. Every 15 mins bus service

Very convenient location and generally good, period, decoration. Breakfast was faultless. Adequate parking facilities. Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, despite being listed as standard and no-one available to request supplies in the evening. The cold water tap in bathroom was loose and constantly running water. It could not be fully turned off

nothing, they did not offer a refund despite a death in the wedding party and sufficient notice was given. unwilingness to compromise
