We were really impressed with the cozy apartment, the decent gym, and the amazing pool on the 55th floor. However, we were a bit disappointed with the staff's English skills - it was a bit of a challenge to communicate.

The view from our room on the 52nd floor was stunning, and the modern renovation was top-notch. We loved the flexible lighting options, the spacious balcony, and the super-comfy bed. However, the internet was a major letdown - it was slow and kept dropping, and the TV's Wi-Fi connection was a nightmare. It was impossible to make video calls, which was a real bummer.
