The spot has a lot of strengths: the view, trails, lookouts, vegetation, staff, birdwatching, cabin comfort, and more. I would definitely come back whenever I can. On the downside, even though it’s only 4 Km from the town, getting there with a lot of luggage is a bit tough; it’s best to travel light. The menu could use some improvement.

Everything was perfect: the views, the food, and the room. The staff were very friendly, and I’d 100 % recommend it for a few days. We didn’t do many activities because the tours were a bit pricey, but the view alone was enough!

It’s a tiny slice of paradise right in the mountains, from where you can see the whole Sierra Nevada all the way to the Caribbean Sea. The climb is a bit hard but totally worth it; the place is a must-see. It’s expensive, and I think only a small part of the Colombian population will be able to enjoy this marvel.

Breathtaking views: the impression of being at the end of the world, small breakfasts and dinners, hosts available and smiling. The 4x4 drive takes 20/25 minutes… it’s worth it! (and it costs about 30 € for the trip).

A truly great and family‑like atmosphere, interesting conversations with other guests and the owners, the host’s willingness to fulfill every wish, the “dreamy view” doesn’t even fully describe it—perhaps the best view I’ve ever had, delicious and varied food, own coffee—also great as a souvenir. Overall, I’d only fly back to Colombia for the accommodation.
