Andrew’s house is a “little” marvel: all three rooms are spacious and comfortable, the common areas are tastefully furnished, and the outdoor spaces are wonderful. Breakfast on the terrace is a luxury, and relaxing in the pool amidst the hill’s peace is priceless. The only noise is a sporadic donkey snort: a fairy‑tale world. The real plus is the host’s courtesy, who goes out of his way to satisfy any guest request with typical British charm and elegance. Nothing else.

We stayed four nights at this gorgeous estate before heading out along the Côte d'Azur, the first stop of our French adventure. Host Andrew greeted us even before we arrived and remained friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay without ever being intrusive, so much so that we never wanted to leave (our dog even grew fond of him). The house itself was pure relaxation, absolute silence, a room with a tastefully furnished outdoor space that was very clean, towels that smelled like fresh laundry… breakfast was superb, fully French but with a hint of Puglia. Highly recommended!

A beautiful villa set in stunning surroundings, just a 20‑minute drive from Nice. A little private gem tucked away in a cul‑de‑sac, silence only broken by birds singing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lovely villa. It’s a charming, quiet, and relaxing spot with a magnificent pool. The owners are very sweet and helpful with everything. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the wonderful culture of the Côte d’Azur.
