The staff here really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. However, the water system was a bit of a letdown - it took a good 30 seconds to get hot water after turning on the faucet. Still, the friendly staff made up for it.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they went above and beyond to help us with booking a ferry ticket, which was a huge relief. The service was top-notch, and it was nice to have our bags taken care of from the entrance to the room when we checked in, and back again when we left. They also offered a laundry service for an extra fee, which was convenient. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. They even sold some snacks and drinks, which was handy.
