We had an incident where the room was dirty, there was no shower curtain or phone, and the manager was unhelpful. The issue was fixed and I am receiving a refund. I expect a nice facility to have everything working and rooms clean. The location is great, the back view is beautiful, it’s quiet, and the breakfast included doggy bags with waffles. Mistakes happen.

The room and all the facilities were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was tasty with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, and more. The hotel offers a 24‑hour gym, and the staff were extremely helpful. My friend liked the swimming pool, and the location was great—most spots we needed were just 10 to 15 minutes away. I’ll book here again if we ever return to Lake Geneva.

I slept great on the bed, the TV was good, and the hot shower was nice. I wish the breakfast selection had been larger, but it was still good.

Great spot for the Alpine Valley Music Theater. The price was too high.

Good location. The carpet didn’t seem to be vacuumed well; there were food crumbs and a soda bottle lid between the beds.
