I met friendly staff and enjoyed a good breakfast, but the pillows were too hard and the bathroom lacked a shower curtain.

“Super hotel”

The hotel was super clean and in a nice location, close enough to walk to Korou, Long Island, etc.; the large room was comfortable, daily cleaning was top‑quality with fresh towels and sheets, and the staff—especially the couple at reception—were very pleasant and helpful; the breakfast, in an Asian style, was also great; I would definitely return.

The hotel is new and well maintained, the rooms are well equipped and clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly; the breakfast was really nice with a variety of dishes to choose from, making it the best hotel in Palau for a very reasonable price—highly recommended, especially for families; there is nothing to complain about!;)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food; our room was very clean and huge, and the extra bathroom was handy after a day of activities; the surroundings outside the hotel could improve a little bit, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
