We parked our car where the hotel directed us, and unfortunately it was hit from behind while parked. Despite there being 3–4 cameras around, we were told they were not working. The hotel took no responsibility and offered no assistance. The hotel itself was still under construction — an old building that clearly wasn’t ready to be opened yet. It felt run-down and uninviting. We really regret choosing to stay there. We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. There’s a lot more I could say about our experience, but this already says enough

The only bright spot was the bed’s comfort and the view. When we arrived, we were handed a room different from the one I’d booked, so I protested. I asked for a room that matched my reservation, but they said it was an equivalent. Although I had reserved a Deluxe room, the staff claimed it was an Elite room. Later, we noticed the room’s condition and overall maintenance were poor. The key was faulty, the electrical sockets were unreliable, and the TV’s sound didn’t work. The bed was the only thing that felt right.

The view and the sea were great, but the room facilities felt very old and the whole building needs a renovation. Driving to the hotel is always a hassle because finding parking is nearly impossible.

The staff were friendly and helpful in every way, and I especially want to thank Burak at reception for his great assistance and for giving us a wonderful room; breakfast was sufficient and the sea was beautiful, and it was nice that it wasn’t crowded. The rooms and furniture felt a bit dated, and the meal prices were almost double what was listed on the booking site; the hotel ignored my complaints and I got no response when I tried to resolve it through the booking platform.
