The hotel's excellent location, quiet room, and attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. However, there was a minor delay at check-in, but it was resolved promptly and did not detract from the overall experience.

Unfortunately, my stay was abruptly cancelled due to an error in the booking price, resulting in a complete loss of accommodation. Although my money was refunded, the lack of integrity and disregard for the guest's experience was deeply disappointing. The situation was entirely out of my control.

This charming Pousada exceeded expectations with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, courtesy of the exceptionally kind owners who went above and beyond to make the guest feel at home. The property's picturesque surroundings, complete with lush banana trees, vibrant birds, and stunning Brazilian art, added to its allure. The perfect location and delicious homemade breakfast sealed the deal.
