Everything was new and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, the spa area was nice, and the location was great with plenty of hiking options; however, vegan and vegetarian choices were sometimes limited.

The place was clean, well laid out, and had great facilities, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and stylish with gorgeous wellness options; everything was very quiet, pleasant, and inviting, so I highly recommend it, though the bed felt a bit too firm for me.
