Mrs. Nina treated guests very well, the location is also very pretty and calm. I had already spoken to Nina about this and everything was fixed immediately.

The toilet paper was missing, the floor in the room wasn’t wiped with clean cloths so everything was sticky and had a bad smell, it wasn’t fresh—like when a cloth that stayed in water for a long time is used to wipe the floor, or a dirty cloth that’s been wet for a long time. I saw the shortcomings in the linen cupboard. The bathroom should be disinfected daily with chemicals and washed, for example the sanitary fixtures.

No breakfast, no sink with a normal tap. There was a renovation with a terrible crew and very dirty! Everything could be better.

I had a hard time giving this rating, but the owner was very kind and polite, which was the only thing that made the stay a bit more pleasant. Hygiene was awful; the sewage smelled throughout the house, there was mold in the rooms, the pillows stank permanently, and the bathroom seemed uncleaned for weeks. The oven in one of the rooms had holes, and the rooms were full of smelly bugs.
