“This was a low quality, overpriced, outdated, uncomfortable disappointment.”
The location was okay, but the bullet‑proof reception, the outdated thin carpet that ran directly on the slab in the room, and the non‑competitive pricing made this motel a major disappointment. The room was cramped— the desk chair had to be moved to reach the small open area for hanging clothes and the opposite side of the second bed. The beds felt like sleeping on a Thermarest pad— hard with minimal padding. The pillows were lumpy and hard. Unlike most places these days, there were no charging ports or other modern conveniences. The bath didn’t drain properly and there was no place to hang towels once used. The breakfast area was set up for something reasonable, but what was provided was cold cereal (2 % in the whole milk container), instant oatmeal, bread, and a juice machine. Although there was space for other items, including a small fridge, there was no yogurt, eggs, or other protein. If this had been a remote location charging $50 a night, it might have been understandable, but the daily cost for 4 days was over $160/day, tax included. Needless to say, I can’t recommend this place.
