The hotel is nice, and in line with the brand design (we had already been at other branches of this hotel before). The room was rather clean and very spacious. The bathroom was also clean and towels, shampoo and basic toilteties were provided. We came by car and asked if there was any parking house (parkhaus) nearby. We were told by the receptionist that they had no idea, something that we found rather unprofessional, and probably a way to just get you to park in their (rather expensive) parkhaus, and yes, it is not included in the price!

The place was clean, the beds comfy, and the location close to the park. The tram right outside the door was a bit noisy in the morning, but earplugs solved it.
