The bed was nice and the spot was good. It was a bit noisy, the car parking wasn’t great, and there was no Wi‑Fi.

Being close to the beach and Pacific Fair was a plus, and I liked the clean sheets and the weekly room service (though I had to request the tiled floor be washed, which wasn’t part of the service). Every morning and throughout the day, cleaning trolleys with supplies rattled down the broken driveway, making noise. The pool area needed a tidy up and more loungers, and the walls were thin enough that you could hear your neighbors.
Cheap but clean and comfortable. No signal on TV. Fire alarm in room went off twice

The room was tiny, with an unmarked step down to the bathroom that could trip you, and a small step in the bedroom that would bother older folks. It’s fine for a single night but too cramped for longer stays. I also think it’s unfair to ask guests to wash dishes and take out the trash; the hotel should handle that in the dishwasher.
