Cigarettes were smoked up and down the walkway outside the room door.
“Dirty rooms”
The pool was shut, the bed was unmade with dirty sheets, and the walls were covered in fingerprints; the room also had a funky smell. I will never stay at a Best Western again.
The staff were kind and my daughter liked the breakfast, but the floor was dirty and there was mold in the shower. They advertised a pool, yet it was closed.
“Don't expect much here”
The photos made us think the pool would be a highlight, but it was closed and filthy, which was a major disappointment. The staff seemed to be watching us from the windows, so I had to close the blinds before they left, and I was standing right in front of the window an hour and a half before checkout. They never mentioned the pool was shut down, and it was just dirty.

Toothpaste splash on bathroom wall behind faucet, wet stained ceiling tiles, smelled like smoke, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no additional and we had 3 people in the room we brought in some we had in car. Pool was out of service
