E-Hotel Łódź

I was delighted with the service! Probably because of a change in the reservation date, there was a minor payment misunderstanding – it was resolved politely and efficiently, and the owner even asked after my departure if everything was fine 🙂 such customer care is rarely seen! The hotel is a bit tucked away from the street noise, which for me was a big plus – you can work in silence and peace. The room was very spacious, very clean. Basic and sufficient amenities were provided. The new bathroom, very comfortable bed. Parking in a closed area. A nice touch was the sweets in the room :) I rate the stay as very successful. There is nothing else. If I had stayed longer than one night, I might have missed a wardrobe, which was absent in my room, but there was a hanger, so for a stay of this length it was entirely sufficient.

“Kapitalny nocleg na podróż służbową na Wersalską.”

The hotel is great in the industrial and post-industrial part of Łódź (the district even calls itself Teofilów Przemysłowy). Hidden from nosy eyes, quiet, unpretentious. It has a night‑locked parking, so I felt safer. The clean and tidy bathroom was equipped with soap and shower gel. The room was clean and nice. There was even a kettle and coffee/tea sachets. A charming addition was the chocolates on the bed. The location is great, because two blocks away I have my office. The only downside is that people with disabilities might complain about the lack of facilities, but the hotel has no technical ability to provide them.

“Było dobrze”

The space was good. The towels were damp in the morning, and the thin walls made it possible to hear the tenants (shower).
